ATEEZ Expands Its Sound on GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5

K-pop group ATEEZ is back with its 14th EP, GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5. The five-track release is led by the single "BAD."

"BAD" opens the EP with a blend of Latin pop and hip-hop influences. Its music video features a cameo from One Battle After Another breakout star Chase Infiniti, who has expressed her admiration for ATEEZ and participated in K-pop dance before her acting career. The video also highlights the group's signature high-energy choreography.

The second track, "MAMACITA," continues ATEEZ's exploration of Latin pop through the use of trumpets, guitar, and piano chord progressions commonly associated with the genre. "TOXIN" may be one of the shortest tracks on the EP, but its layered vocals and production make it a standout. "Fallin'" combines hip-hop and EDM elements, while "Body" closes the project with a smooth R&B sound.

Members Hongjoong and Mingi received songwriting credits on all five tracks, continuing their creative involvement in ATEEZ's music.
