With Blink-182, Korn, Bad Omens, and Pierce the Veil as headliners, Welcome to Rockville 2027 is presenting one of the most diverse and ambitious editions in its history.

Welcome to Rockville officially revealed its lineup for 2027, and its next edition is shaping up to be one of the most impressive in the festival’s history. From May 6 to 9 at the Daytona International Speedway in Florida, more than 150 artists will perform across five different stages. The event will reunite rock legends, big names in metal, pop-punk favorites, and even hip-hop and EDM artists. Instead of repeating the same formula every year, Welcome to Rockville is looking to broaden its horizons and expand its musical identity without letting go of its roots.

This year’s headliners demonstrate the scale of this edition. Korn will lead on Thursday, accompanied by Alice in Chains and Faith No More. On Friday, the emphasis is entirely on Bad Omens, while Pierce the Veil takes the stage on Saturday, and Blink-182 closes things out on Sunday. However, the strength of the lineup isn't just in the headliners. The Offspring, Papa Roach, Good Charlotte, Knocked Loose, Ice Nine Kills, The Prodigy, and Judas Priest are also part of the spectacle. With so many great artists, even the bands listed lower on the billing could headline their own shows.

A quick comparison with previous years shows how the festival is evolving. In 2023, Welcome to Rockville bet heavily on metal, bringing Slipknot, Pantera, Tool, and Avenged Sevenfold as headliners. In 2024, they maintained that same identity with Mötley Crüe, Slipknot again, Limp Bizkit, and Foo Fighters. On the other hand, the subsequent years began to showcase some changes. Green Day, Linkin Park, My Chemical Romance, and Bring Me The Horizon in 2025 and 2026 signaled an embrace of pop-punk, emo, and modern metal. Now, the 2027 lineup is taking this shift to a whole new level.

One of the most interesting aspects of this edition is definitely the attention to genre diversification. Artists such as $uicideboy$, Rico Nasty, Lil Jon, Waka Flocka Flame, and MGK represent the growing presence of hip-hop and adjacent sounds at a festival historically associated with heavy rock. At the same time, The Prodigy, Carpenter Brut, and Sullivan King demonstrate a strong EDM influence. Pop-punk and emo also received a lot of attention, with Good Charlotte, Dashboard Confessional, Hot Mulligan, and Boys Like Girls. Even though these genres have appeared in past editions, the space they occupy in 2027 marks a significant musical evolution for the event.

However, people who prefer heavy guitars and mosh pits don't have to worry. Meshuggah, Machine Head, Testament, Fear Factory, Soulfly, Blood Incantation, and Kublai Khan TX ensure that Welcome to Rockville remains one of the premier destinations for metalheads. On top of that, the return of Faith No More and the Circa Survive reunion, alongside special anniversary sets, make the festival even more compelling.

Giving credit where credit is due, Welcome to Rockville is special not only because of its wide range of famous artists, but also because of its ability to unite different generations and music communities in one place. A festival featuring Judas Priest, Korn, Blink-182, $uicideboy$, and The Prodigy would have sounded impossible a few years ago, but this unique combination is precisely what makes Welcome to Rockville one of the most exciting festivals around.

With an extraordinary lineup, Welcome to Rockville isn't abandoning its heavy rock and metal origins; rather, it is showing that those genres can share space with new influences without losing their core identity.
