The Offspring

The Offspring’s concert at the iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, Fla. was, against all odds, one of the best shows imaginable It was wild, loud, over-the-top, and somehow still completely heartfelt. From the moment the lights dimmed, the band had the crowd locked in with a chaotic mix of pyro, confetti, smoke, fireworks, trivia games, beach balls, t-shirt cannons, sing-alongs, and a full-on kiss cam that kept everyone laughing, especially when it zoomed in on couples who didn’t even notice they were on screen.

LOOK-A-LIKE CAM
LOOK-A-LIKE CAM

The look-alike cam was even funnier, calling out fans who resembled Mr. Clean, Gene Simmons, and a few others who probably didn’t know what hit them. It was absurd in the best possible way. The openers, New Found Glory and Jimmy Eat World, couldn’t have been better fits. They set the tone with punchy, emotional sets that flowed seamlessly into The Offspring’s signature brand of melodic mayhem. Every song felt sharper, faster, and more alive than the studio versions, with crowd chants and raw vocals giving each track an added punch. Guitarist Noodles captured the mood perfectly between songs when he said, “Let’s get angry at the world together.” In that moment, the band and audience felt like one massive, angsty, joyful force. The band didn’t just perform. They built a space where everyone could let loose and feel seen. Conversations with fans, front-row seat giveaways to people in the lawn, dancing tube men, and inflatable skeletons with glowing eyes and smoke-blasting mouths turned the amphitheatre into a full-scale spectacle. The energy never dipped, the crowd never stopped, and by the end, it felt like everyone had left something on the floor. A night of fire, unity, and catharsis at full volume.
