As March rolled in, there was no better way to start it than with Toto. Rebranded as Dogz of Oz presents Toto, the current lineup was nothing short of spectacular. From the 7/8 groove of “Jake to the Bone” to classics like “Rosanna,” “Hold the Line,” and “Africa,” the band delivered a true spectacle of musicianship, led by Steve Lukather.
